Yep!
Clean up your diet, make sure you have a slight defecit in calories in and out, regular exercise, read the stickies, sign up for a free activity plan.
Easy! (So you know it can be done, I've lost an average of 1.8lb per week by doing the above, and it feels great!)

Clean diet..the hardest part. Hit the weight room and some cardio.

i lost 3 pounds in 10 days by absolutely taking no rice on my diet..Probably the fastest i went on my experiment
Offcourse MWFS - Workout
TTHS- HIIT
SUnday Rest

Your weight really can vary. One day ill be 115, the next ill be 110.
