OK I have done shrugs (barbell) with 365 for like 10 reps.....well sunday I hit 315 10 times easy and added another 90lbs. I got 405 as my last set 7 times....I was and still am so psyched by this!!!! Anyway just had to share !

Nothing like it in the world! Though I thought that 365 was heavy till yesterday! LOL what a rush to hit that! Now I can hardly wait till next week. I will get it 10 times!

Thanks to all for the compliments. Tomorrow is shoulder and leg day again. I plan to hit 4 sets of shrugs, starting with 315 and ending with 405 again. I want 10 reps for that last set!!!!! will let youknow how it goes.

Well I did it I got 405 10 times.......then went to 425 and hit that 8...Good form on all but the last 2 reps on that one. Feels so good(though sore!!)

So here is another update...I am planning to have 250 x 6 times by the end of march. Last night I got 225 x 8 and 235 x 5.....so all I need is 15 more lbs and I am there so pumped up....!!!!!!
