In that program,

Do you increase weight at you go to the next set? or do all the same weight for all the sets?? I would imagine u increase.

Always increase the weight with every set. Also, try increasing the weight on your last set by about 5lbs every two or three weeks. The more weight you push, the more your body will adapt, which means growth and strength.
