I am new to ft, I'm a 41 yr old novice powerlifter, I've noticed over the last couple years that I've lost a great deal of the muscle definition I had between my shoulder blades, my mid and lower back seem to stay strong and developed... any help with specific exercises to isolate these muscles would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Look under Exercise and muscle targeting and you'll find lots of great exercises!!!

Thanks Nina, I tried that first but all the exercises they list target either width (I take it they mean lats), mid back, or lower back. I'd like some specific exercises to work my upper back (between the shoulder blades).

Do you do behind the neck presses?

The big diamont like muscle between the shoulder blades is called trapezius, and every time you lift your shoulders (to your ears) you'll be working that muscle.
Shrugs is one good exercise, inversed peck deck is another......

Try the good ole up right rows for that area. Also if you do T-bar rows with a more upright stance it hits that area good, I mean almost standing straight up.
