This week I started a new routine, you can see it my thread called Update. Today I decided I wanted to cut it down from 1 hour to 30-45 mins.
Accomplished my Wed routine in 30 mins. (ok, 27 mins)

Did 5x5 bench, 5x5 OH press, 4x10 tricep pull downs, 3x6 curls, 2x8 zercher squats, 2x15 situps, 4x10 lat pull downs. All with minimal rest time, pyramid' up the weights, so my rest periods for the most part was me changing the weights.

When I got done I was sweating like a stuck pig, looked like a lobster, my heart rate was up to 175 and I felt like vomiting (my hands were shaking too). Almost did on a pretty young girl with too much perfume that walked by me. Took me about 40 mins for the feeling to abide.

Anybody else get that feeling? I have felt like puking after a grueling leg session, but never from bench day. Scared me.

It could be from the combination of minimal rest, breathing, gym temperature and possible lack of water intake. I usually feel that way when I do a heavy session of squats or deadlifts.

As long as you don't puke on any young girls, you should be fine...LOL!
