HELP INCREASE STRENGTH WITHIN THE WEEK

I've found out that doing many reps as u can on lighterweights helps u later on when doing heavy.
For example, a while back i was able to lift around 90-100kg on bench, about 6-8 reps....on good days,but recently ive been liftin about 30kg on bench 50-60reps and
this gives you a real burn and you can definatly see results in cutting up within the week, but come next week and now your able to do 100-110 on bench 8-10 reps. So theirs your results in strength aswel as definition. Ok well im not sayi youl be able to lift 10kg or more by doing this but practise doing lightweights with maximum reps few days a week on different body parts and next time roubnd heavier weights will seem and feel a lot lighter and easier to do.
