After baby belly fat

Oka. I am 20 years old. I had a son in 2009. He will be 2 soon. I lost a lot of my belly fat from breastfeeding. Thankfully. But my problem is i have two small pooches on each side of my belly button and where my lower abs should be is my fat its about 2-3 inches of fat sticking out plus my belly seems to look like it sucks in around my belly button. This is my problem area. How do i lose the fat and tighten that area. Ive been told lower abs are the hardest. Im only 20 and i would love to get my young stomach back. My husband is oka with it but im not. Please help!!!
