Hi. Im a 6 foot male, 200 lbs and can't seem to loose the excess fat from my stomach. I do weight training 3 times a week and 50 mins cardio 2 days and play squash on the other with one day rest. I alternate these days, weights, cardio, weights cardio etc. I don't smoke but enjoy a few glasses of red wine at the weekend. Any ideas on how to loose those extra pounds? Thanks
