although it may seem trivial to some but I want to lose only 5kg according to my height /weight ration. My biggest concern is fitness and toning of any muscle I might find. AND a good cardio system would be fine too... can I have that gift wrapped please?

No big deal but will take someof your effort. Do the free program on here weight loss and toning, also improve your diet. Add in some cardio to the package and there you have it. Good Luck.
