First, at 5'11", I, in no way, think you need to drop 35-45 pounds. Being that tall and under 100 pounds cannot be healthy.
Talk to your parents about this.

Hi people! I'm 14 years of age, 5'11", and I weight roughly 130 pounds (:(). I'm looking to lose some weight before this December (Don't know why December). Is there possibly any way that I could lose maybe, I don't know, 35-40 pounds in a healthy way (Not like, a million pounds a week like some people think) by then? And how? Thanks alot for the advice! Peace!

Hi Alliecat, at the age of 14, you need to let your body do a little more growing. Seeing as how young you are, there is nothing wrong with being active by doing sports and participating fully in gym classes. But I highly doubt you need to "lose" weight. Being an active kid at this point in your life and not eating as much junk is all you need to do to stay healthy.
If you truly want to be healthy, start by being more active in school. Participate in all the sports teams, find a sport you enjoy and just go with it. This is the best remedy given the place in your life right now.
Take care and be safe!
