Hi all,

Im 23 yrs ols im 5ft 6' weighing 88kgs

My aim is to get down to 65kgs ideally then tone up.

Any tips or ideas for me? i play football twice a week but that doesnt seem to work!

It's your diet. Proper diet is a tricky thing: Too many or too few calories can break you. Try reducing your calories to around 2000-2300 a day and see what happens.

Also, football is great for sprint-fitness but the long slow burn of running, cycling, swimming or similar will likely get your metabolism going a lot better and help you burn those calories more effectively.
As we were discussing yesterday mate, just make a plan, try and stick to it and more importantly keep a record of how you get on. That way you'll see your fitness improve and the loss of weight will come along with it!
