I've been working out 5 days/week twice a day. Morning: cardio/weights(kettle bell) Evening: walking 1 1/2 miles. I've lost some inches and toned up alot, but haven't lost any pounds! Help!!!

What's your diet like? And if you lost inches and toned up, that is more important. I could be you've added some muscle.

I seem to remember some where in the distant past, i think i read it, or some one told me, that muscle weighed three times the weight of fat, volume for volume, is this right, or have i been fed a line, does this mean that if you exchange fat for muscle, you don't necessarily loose weight.
