I have 2 kids and dont have a lot of time to work out. I am doing the strength training provided by the website and also HITT before doing the strength stuff. Is it okay to use HITT as my main source of Cardio? How often should I be doing HITT and/or cardio? I want to lose 40 pounds. Any advice or suggestions???

You can do cardio as often as you like, but make sure you give your body at least 24hrs rest in between all workouts be it stregnth training or cardio. Good luck reaching your goal and watch the diet.

Ivan, how about cardio (preferably HIIT) in the morning, then weights after work? There will be a 12 hour gap between the morning cardio and evening weights. Would this be ok Monday-Friday? I have quite a bit of fat to lose. I'm 6'1, 220 lbs. (Male)

Currently I'm doing HITT 4 days per week (weight training) its intense but I'm loving it, 2 days low intensity cardio.
