New to this...Cardio Question

Just signed up to this...not sure how it all works, but it seems that on the Personalized Fitness, there isn't any cardio suggestions. Shouldn't I be including cardio along with weights for a balanced weight loss program?

Yeah you should be doing some cardio. Try 10-20 minutes of light/moderate cardio after strength training, and a bit more intense on a few of the days in between lifting.
