Need advice for muscle gain and diet.

Hello, I'm an ex-annorexic and really need to put on some muscle mass.

I'm going to start a plan by running in the mornings.

Around 20 laps of my house to start off with.

Since I'm out of shape, I can't really do more.

Also, at night I'm going to start doing ab workouts and dumbbell exercises.

I've also started with eating smaller meals a day and eating them more frequently.

What I need advice on is what kind of things should I eat and various ab exercises.

Ryan, Nice to see you are looking after yourself. You may want to start by adding Protein, Carbs, and good fats into your diet. Keep eating small and often but aim for your caloric needs. Caloric needs would depend on your weight. multiply weight by 15 and this gives you your caloric value for the day.
