well to homeyg the main thing to do is exerciseee...try joining a team at school like softball, tennis, or volleyball..etc..jus stay active..youre probably like me you cant stop eating when your bored or watching or while watching tv or snackin late my advice stop eating carbs after six and lay off anything sugary..like juice and soda and by the way water is good but you have to eat somethinnngggg!!! drink a glass of water before you eat and youll feel more full..and this takes time if you wanna lose pounds faster you have to exercise:dumbbell: :big_smile: good luckk hope you reach your goal
