Hi all! I'm a 26 year old female, 5'2 135lbs and was wondering if anyone could evalute my HIIT routine. I just started this a few days ago and am hoping its the correct way of doing it. I'd like to shed this extra fat I have!
Here is my routine:

3 min warmup at 3.0mph
30 seconds at 7.7mph
1 minute of recovery at 3.3mph
30 seconds at 7.7
1 minute of recovery at 3.3mph
... this is repeated for 24 minutes, then a 3 minute cool down.

Any help is greatly appreciateD!!!!

7.7 MPH is roughly a 7:45 minute mile pace which is not exactly an intense sprint. Unless you're severely overweight (which you're not) or have other limiting factors I would strongly suggest doing it like this:

begin with stretching and 3 minutes of jogging
then 30 sec of sprinting as fast as you can
then 1 minute of walking
30 sec of sprinting as fast as you can
repeat for 25 minutes ending with 3 minutes of walking and a good stretch routine
This will make you want to die but you WILL see quick results
