ok, i'm 15 and 138lbs.(and 5'5")
im pretty average body size, but i have BIG thighs(and love handles)and a big, lower belly. my abs are fine till right above the belly button down to the waist. I know you probably thinking thats its because im a girl, and girls have big thighs and waist. But they're bigger than average. Should i do cardio? what type? how long? and are there an wieghts or exercises i can do?
ps i have full access to free weight, machines,(a gym membership)
