Well she is 3 ft 2 in tall and about 75 lbs or so.

No I am getting my starting weights tonight, though I don't know how great they will be...but we shall see..

Okay so they don't have barbells at the little park gym that I am using by my house so I am doing dumbell deadlifts for the first time.

my starting weight for DB Straight Leg Deadlifts will be:

70 lbs 5 reps

My goal in three months is to reach 100 lbs 5 Reps

Workout: Legs & Abs

DB Squats: 15x30,12x30,10x40,8x50
DB Straight Leg Deadlifts: 12x30, 12x30, 10x40, 10x50
Donkey Calf Raises: 12x10, 12x10, 10x10, 8x15
Crunches 15xBW, 15xBW, 15xBW
Leg Raises: 15xBW,15xBW
Seated Twists: 15xBW, 15xBW

Did 20 min Bike & Elliptical (10 each) 1 Minute Intervals, Level 4 Cardio.

Diet has been pretty good, however the work outs have been horrible, I have not had a chance to hit the gym due to, well it doesn't matter what it is due to, I should go, no excuses.

Time to turn it up a notch and get down to it. This always happens in a competition, I start out slow and come out strong. :big_smile:
