Im 17 im 6ft about 240. I run at the local track almost every day usually a mile 1/2. Also i swim and do weight lifting about 6am to 7am before school. I want to go to the marines but i have to loose 25-30 pounds by March. I used to eat out all the time b/c im always on the run with school and working 2 jobs at animals clinics. The past 2 weeks ive at grilled chicken and brown rice and eggs w/o yoke and oat meal and drink nothing bout water water water all the time..ive lost about 3 pounds but no matter what i do it seems the weight will not go away and stay off. I tried to do this before about 4 months ago and i lost 12 pounds and it kept going up and down and now it all came back! can you help me with a plan...PleaSe.!
