Hi, I'm new to the boards, and just wanted to know if anyone was in the same situation as I am. I am a single mother of a 7 year old, working full time and going to school part time, which doesn't leave a lot of free time. Anyone have any suggestions for a quick but effective workout?:)
If you cant get to a gym, then maybe a yoga routine a couple times a week, coupled with a controlled and healthy diet, and cardio. There's no quick way to lose weight and keep it off permanently. At best you'll be looking at an average of 1-2 pounds per week.
