Look up body weight exercises, and invest in a set of dumbbells. You can do quite a bit with not too much in the way of equipment. Get your diet under control first and foremost. Then get a good strength training routine, with cardio squeezed in as well.
Oh and not to rain on your parade, but the human body has a way of waiting until the end to shed belly fat. It's my worst area, and is usually first on and last off. Just keep plugging away at it even if it doesn't seem you're getting anywhere in the beginning.
