It's not so much the exercise as it is diet. Unfortunately body fat doesn't just go away from specific areas.

push aways....push away from the table when you have had your serving of food.

and regular exercise will help create a calorie deficit which will cause your body to utilize stored fat for fuel.

Unfortunately, Murphy's law seems to be in effect with weight loss and the area that bothers you the most often hangs around the longest...keep plugging away and keep changing up your routine an you eventually will lose all the bodyfat.

All of em'. A clean diet is the most effective way, but remember, belly fat is almost always first on and last off. Diet, strength training, and cardio.
