Pre Training meals

Hey guys,

Quick question....any suggestions on pre-training meals. I tend to do weights/cardio, in the morning.I do about 45mins of weights then 40 mins of cardio. What would be advisable to eat prior to training? Thank you :)

I eat a normal breakfast 1 hour to 1.5 hours prior.
