I dont know where to put this but I need to ask.
Im starting the progrman today and I'm confused at what to put into the weight column. For example for the push ups what do I put into the weight column? Do I leave it blank or put in my own weight? Do I only use the weight column when I've added extra weight such as with the Can Curls? Thanks for any help.

For Bodyweight Exercises such as Pushups and Pullups, just enter your weight. For Resistance training such as a Curl, enter the amount of weight used.
BTW: Which Program are you starting, this site has several different ones.

Thanks, its a four week personnal fitness programn and I'm also doing the 12 week abdominal programn.

For bodyweight exercises I use a "0." My reasoning is my weight changes and that will be indicated in upcoming reports. Whichever you choose, be consistent.

HMMM, Tim Brings up a Very Good Point which I had not considered.. I would definetely use his advice for bodyweight exercises.
Most importantly Be consistent and honest with your Logs...
