Use "0" for any exercise which utilizes Bodyweight Only. AKA Pushups, Situps, Pullups.

My fitness program is the home one that does push ups and sit ups etc, what do I use for input weight used when it involves no weights?

That is the weight you used in your lift. So, if you benched 200 pounds, you would input 200.

In my fitness plan here it says input weight used, what is that, what does it mean? Thanks for the help on this forum. I am looking to gain some good muscles within the next year or two!
