hi. i'm 17 almost 18 and i really need to loose weight. i weigh about 200 pounds and i am 5'6". i really want to loose this weight because i have a belly. i also have thighs and a chest. i would love to tone my whole body, but first things first. i need to loose the weight. if anyone can help me i would appricate it lots. oh and by the way, i don't look as much as i weigh!
