how ya doin im 6ft7 and 350 pounds, i play footy and b'ball but im trying to get into the police and i need to lose alot of weight how do iget started

Hey! Evaluate your calorie intake with your calorie expendatures. Just remember to lose a pound you need to remove 3500 calories, so you can up your exercise and lessen calories if necessary. Exercise is going to be helpful with your going into the force, too. Add weights so you can burn more calories even while at rest. Good luck!:)
