Hi everyone,

I just finished my 3rd week with the fat loss program and although I have not lost any weight (*yet) I did notice a bit more definition in my arms and stomach.

Well, I'm going away for work (5 days) and will not have any gym facilities. I will however have a sports track and a hiking trail so the cardio will not be an issue. I don't want to leave my weight training for a week though, so I was wondering if anyone could help me out with exercises using my body weight. I understand this is not ideal, but I don't really have a choice in the matter.:(

Please please please give me your ideas and/or refer me to a site that could provide me with a routine.

TIA!

Push-ups, dips behind your back, pull ups if you can find a bar/tree, wall squats/sissy squats, lunges, explosive jumps, planks, situps, crunches, step ups.

Just find a way to MOVE. Sounds simple, and it really is. Anything you can do will burn calories. Dance in front of your mirror, get one of those small round tramplines and jump on it, play tennis, you get the idea. Buy some videos off ebay and use those.
