Hi everyone! I've been having so much losing weight. I am 5'9 and 190Ibs. I eat about 2000-2500 calories and lift around 40-60Ibs for different machines (squats, abductors, etc) and move around all day. I hurt my knee awhile back so I mostly bike. i burn typically 1000-1500 calories a day. My inches have not changed and I am gaining. I see alot of definition but I just feel bulky. Should I up my cardio and lower my calories?

Sounds like you answered your own question, try 1900 calories for a few weeks and see what happens.
