I just today signed up for this fitness program. I am 18 years old and I enjoy my weight but just needed a motivation tool to keep me going and to loose some weight because no one believes their perfect. I really enjoy the outline of what to do because i get so bored of my regular gym routines. Anyway i was checking out my personal plan and was wandering if it gets harder, more, or differant with time. Just wandering if this program is right for me thankyou!!!!:)
