I am back after getting over a long term relationship and some therapy.I was feeling crap about my self physically and mentally.I have a wonderful g/f who supports me in anything I do.So about 6 weeks ago ,I started back at the gym and i am down 10 of 80lbs I would like to lose.I feel good about myself and hav a better out look that I am a little bit healthier.
