I wonder if anyone out there has scoliosis and has a workout routine geared towards strengthening different/selected and weaker portions of your back? I have been to every single possible formal physical therapy and crackpot routine to discover different ways that I can help myself. Conventional M.D.'s always want to chop you open first, and then do therapy after. I'm not a big fan of surgergy.
Have you been to a chiropractor? My wife had the beginning stages of scoliosis, went to a chiro, they gave her stretches and exercises to do and she's good now.
