So I need some mega advice on what to do with my interesting scale. I invested in a digital scale with the body fat percentage feature. I made sure it was balanced and accurate and even used a 10 pound weight to make extra sure it was. So the point is...How come I when I weigh myself in my upstairs bathroom I am 50 POUNDS HEAVIER than I am downstairs????? I have no clue now what my weight really is and I can't get to a gym any time soon :(!

Gravity??? :)
Get a full bag of baking flour or sugar, and test weigh it on both scales. If your bathroom scale is the type you can adjust, then do so. If not, just use math to get the weight right.

Thats an odd one. I would say measure youself soemwhere else, like the doctor's office or something, then keep the scale whereever it is closest to that reading.

since its a digital scale make sure the batteries aren't dying or that can send it on the fritz. Also make sure you are weighing yourself on the same surfaces. Once i weighed myself on a carpeted area and thought I had gained 20 pounds when I really hadent.
