Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on Stevia and Xylitol. Sometimes I would like something besides water and I find that the artificial sweeteners do not agree with me. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Stevia is a plant and if I remember correctly, one of the few things you can use as sweetener in Japan. It isn't legal as sugar substitute in the EU, but that is basically just a case of bureaucracy. You can grow it yourself if you have the place for it. Health food places should have it.

That's the sweeteners I have in my protein powder. It's not as sweet as with artificial sweeteners but it's so much better for you! :)
