hi i am kelly and i am 33 and have had 5 kids and i am happy with my all my body but my stomach and i am not sure how to one loose the weight i have there with out losing it all over my body i also need to tone the area after i loose the weight please help

belly fat is often 'stress' fat or dietary related fat = clean up your diet and exercise for your health, where you lose the fat is not really up to you, but the leaner you get the more likely you will lose it from your belly.

Hi Kelly,
I can relate to your post. I am also 33, and I have six kids - one of whom is adopted. I don't have the answers to what to do about the belly fat, but I am interested in toning the same area as well. I have fat to lose in other areas as well, but my first goal is just to increase my energy level so that I can keep up with my busy family.
