Like most mothers - time for me is very scarce. I started getting serious about getting back into shape in December. I worked consistently through December and January and saw great results. I don't know if I hit a plateau or got bored...but suddenly I just can't muster up the energy to workout often enough.
I read through some other posts on here and I think I am going to try to add some sort of "fun" workout video - try to change it up a bit.
Any other suggestions? My biggest problem is that I have never had a weight issue before, I have never had to watch what I eat, and I have never had this big ole fat roll on my belly. (I know that 2 months of consistently working out obviously is so short term, but how do I stay motivated?)

I have already ruled out any medical issues...

Hi angiem6 - why don't you come over to the general fitness forum and join the WSSC challenge - it can be very motivating to be doing a 'group' endeavor as well as little competitive.

Thanks Amy for putting together the WSSC Challenge. I have already changed my outlook - I am getting up earlier to do my workout before I do anything else. (well after a light breakfast and a cup of green tea)
I think I just needed some direction - and if i do my workout BEFORE I start the rest of my day - I can't use the excuse that I ran out of time, or that I am too tired in the evenings...and this morning I only worked out with my 3 year old. My 11 year old, and the baby were still sleeping soundly - what a difference!
I am looking forward to meeting my goals with this challenge!

That is awesome, angie! I like to work out early, too...those excuses get easier and easier as the day goes on!

I just did the 1st challenge workout! It was fun and quick - i hope you like it!
