summer is coming and i just joined today, i have a very full plate as an actress and i only get home before 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Can i still work out then or is it too late in the day?
Also, what kind of food should i limit myself to? with such a busy schedule, it's easy to not realize all the snacking i do...
