i know that i cant eat all the sugary things that i do but its so hard to stop. in the winter i always gain an xtra 10lbs....but this winter i gained almost 30!!...i have a really important weddding to go to in june and im afraid that im not gonna fit into my dress... i need to lose weight like yesterday!! please hapl any exercise suggestions... im 20 years old...5'9 and 173lbs if it helps:
