Ok, lets try this again. Computer keeps booting me.

I was reading about how much cals I should intake daily and decided to drop my intake to aorund 2200 to 2000. However it said something about gaining all back by throw my body into stoarge mode. Now before I dropped my cals I would skip breakfest. I would rarly eat lunch, and if I did I would eat burger king (large). If I did not eat lunch I would eat 3 plates full at dinner. I'm sure I cal intake was very high.

Is it going to hurt me in the long run by keeping it here.

First off, that is the worst diet I've read in a while. You should always eat breakfast. Skipping breakfast (and then lunch which makes that even worse) will not allow your body to burn fat. Think about it, if you're eating once every 24 hours and eating a large meal then why would your body not hold onto fat?

You need to eat breakfast, you need to eat lunch, you need to eat between them, and you need to not eat 2,000 calories a few hours before you go to bed.

You need to do some reading on diets, calories, metabolism, general stuff like that because me telling you will not make you change your bad habits.

Since Firday I have started eating breakfest and (meals/healthy snacks) though out the day and a small dinner. Heck For the first time in my life I only had one fillet of stiper last night and only one corn cobb with light spray of butter. I'm keeping my cal down but eating on a regular basis now.

I've already start the change and my wife is also so shes going to help keep me on track.

Good job Kill. It's hard switching from one meal a day to 6! It feels almost like you are force feeding yourself, but it does get easier. Eventually your breakfast will be your largest meal of the day with your dinner the smallest. Keep it up. :)

Killakia, 2000-2200 is not so low that it will throw your body into Starvation mode, but you do need to break that intake up into 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Try for at least 5 meals of about 400 cals, and most Def have breakfast as soon as you get up.

make sure that the meals are also healthy, good clean sources of Protien, and Complex carbs....and try to get at least 100-110g's of Protien in as well.

Thanks once again. I'm starting to get into the swing of it. so far I'm just having trouble spliting my meals up. Since I work in a front office (where eating in front of customers is a bad thing), find time is a little hard. I have brought "snacks" like sunflower seeds, baby carrotts and nut mixs. I munch on them here and there but since monday they have only the seeds left.

I also have a protain shake with oatmeal in the morning then a shake after my workout before work. About 52g of protain before my day even starts good.

Does this sound right? I'm not to sure.

? Here's how many calories you burn in 24 hours: 3,032

? This is how it breaks down:
? Driving for 30 minutes: 75
? Standing, moderate work (like nursing) for 280 minutes: 1,046
? Reading (sitting) for 200 minutes: 324

? Childcare (feeding, bathing) for 30 minutes: 131
? Eating for 15 minutes: 28
? Talking while sitting for 120 minutes: 224
? Sex for 45 minutes: 73
? Watching TV or movie for 120 minutes: 149
? Talking while standing for 30 minutes: 67
? Sleeping for 9 hours and 30 minutes: 639

? Your resting energy usage is 1,795

That's how many calories you burn if you did nothing but lie in bed or sit quietly all day. Surprised? About two-thirds of your energy is spent on maintaining your body.
