I am 6'1 and recently me and other members of my shop at work started "The Biggest Looser" between ourselves with all 5 chipping in 100 bucks. The rules were to see how much body fat percentage was lost from Jan 7, 2008 - Jun 7, 2008. I have changed my diet alot and added a morning cardio workout to my afternoon weight training. I started eating one healthy salad a day for lunch, having 4 meals a day and eating healthier and smaller meals..to include no more 10PM snacks. Well anyways to the question I wanted to make. I started off at 6'1 and 289 pounds at Jan 7. Now on 13 Feb 07 I weighted in at 265. I feel healthy, eating plenty, and actually feel better overall than I have in over a year. But am I loosing to much weight? I hear sometimes it is bad to loose to much, so wanted to know if I might need to do something different.

So essentially is 24 pounds lost in 6 weeks to much. I am happy at one point because I have had to cinch up my belt two notches and I now have to have my belt or my pants won't stay up but don't want to do it unhealthy.

It's pretty normal to lose quite a bit when you first start a drastic change like you just did. You said several things in your first post that says you are pretty happy with the results in spite of the potential money. For me, this would be one of those, "if it ain't broke" things.
