Ok, so I'm around 300lbs, and only 20 yrs old. I'm going to start at the gym, but I want to know what foods I should stay away from in order to maximize my weight loss. Also, how long should I expect it to take to lose around 100 lbs? If anyone has any suggestions on workout routines, that would be awesome as well! Thanks!

I am over 300lbs too.
Try some of the program here,I lost 25lbs in 7wks.
It takes time but just stay with it. Exerciseand cut back on portions will help.
