I just had a baby 4 weeks ago and I am tired of feeling flabby!:( LOL! I figure it is about time to start back excersising. If you have any tips for me let me know. I am open to any suggestions.

Congrats! Since it has been 4 weeks, check with your physician first before starting on any type of exercise program. But in the meantime, a little cardio, light jogging, walking, pilates or even yoga won't hurt you.

Breastfeeding will also help your tummy go down, with the help of eating the right foods. I also did some jogging and crunches/pilates.
