The weight, you're going to have to figure out on your own. Just start with the bar, and slowly add weight and see what feels comfortable for you. As for nutrition, you need to eat about 5 or 6 smaller meals a day, and in each you should include a balance of protein, carbs, and fat. Some examples could be chicken, egg whites, oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, fruits and vegetables, just to name a few things. Just try to balance your foods, and work out hard, ans the strength will come.

well the first thning is to find your one repetion max,on the big three, squat bench deadlift, stay in the 70%to 85% and do 5 sets or more for 6 to 8 reps. I think the main thing is good nutrition, eating a gram of protein perpound of body weight, thats muscle weight not bone and fat?.and read powerlifting usa is a very good thing to find out what to eat and train.

You calculate your muscle weight to figure out how much protein to eat? Most people just go by what the scale says.
