How many calories should a burning a day? I'm trying to lose about 20 pounds and I'm taking in about 1,000-1200 calories a day. I also try to burn about 600 calories on my bike everyday. Is this good enough?
Humm...sound like you might need to be eatting more....maybe other people on here may have a better answer for you, im not super great with the calorie counting thing.
