I did 2 FitBuddy searches to find something similar, and didn't. So, I apologize in advance if this has been discussed to death.

I'm a 39 lb. male, 201 lbs., whose main goal is to lose body fat. According to FT calc, I should take in 3124 calories per day (medium activity level) with about 38g as my fat limit.
As of 3:00 PM, I'm just over 1,000 Calories, but close to 38g already. Just about everywhere I read, they say certain nuts/seeds are great for helping with fat loss, but just about all types are extremely high in fat.
I guess my question is, is it alright to go over my fat limit for the day as long as my calories stay on target or vice versa? Thanks for reading my post!
