Hi I'm 28 yrs old, and i'm 6'0 tall and weight 305 pds. now a lot of ppl say where i'm tall that there's no way i weight that much i guess b/c it evens out, well not really from my waist and butt down i'm big thighs mostly and butt, but my arms the flap is really bad it hangs i was wondering what would be a really good work out for me, it would be done from my home not a gym and with no weights and how long should i work for and how often????
