Ok so im a college student i have been tryin to loose weight for a while. it keeps going up and down. i got from a size 16/17 to a 13 and back. I do not know how to get to size 9. I do excersize but i still don't manage to loose weight. I know it not the food because i only eat breakfast and eat one snack throughout the day. So how am i not loosin any weight? Please help.

Because you are starving yourself. Do a little reading here and you will see this same question asked numerous times. When you cut your calories to such a drastic level, your body enters starvation mode. In your case it is probably made worse by exercise. You are making your body fight to hold on to that fat like crazy. Like I said, do some reading on this site. You will find many posts that can help you determine how you should be eating.
