Weight Loss Backfire?

Well, at the moment im about 190 pounds and 6ft tall. I been jogging 5 times a week for 40/50 minutes long, i have been doing this since about January and so far, i have been getting good results(10lbs however i think i can do better).

I developed "man boobs" or whatever you want to call them and since i been running one has gotten a lot smaller however the other barely changed. I use to lift weights and since my right arm is my dominate side im guessing that my right side of my chest got more muscle under it then the left side, cause the right "man boob" to barely get smaller. I have stopped weight lifting all together and im focused on getting my running done everyday. I plan to go out some time this week and get my own home gym or whatever. Will lifting weights and focusing on my chest even it out?

Any suggestions to make my chest.... even?

In the mornings i useually have a poptart if im in a rush on the weekdays and when i have more time, i useually have a bowl of cheerios.

During the day(around 1pm) i eat a wrap(turky, lettuce, tomato) or a salted pretzel with mustard. If not any of that i eat a salad or a pasta.

For dinner i eat a salad(with chicken). Useually its either a sandwhich with salad, a pasta, or maybe some meat with potatos and a veggy.

Throught the day i useually have 1-2 apples a day.

Oh and i only drink water, about 7-8 cups a day.

I don't think you are getting enough to eat, and certainly not the right stuff. Drop the Poptart, have something with substance. Get rid of the pretzel.

Check out the Diet Forum and print off the Grocery List. If it isn't on the list, question eating it.

And up the water intake somewhat, too.
