ANY ADVICE?

So i keep gaining weight whenever i stop dieting and excercise..and if i diet and don't exercise i lose "some" weight. Here is what i'm doing.

i'm 5'9 170lbs..you might say thats low but its not, i have man boobs and aloooooot of fat all over. I think i literally have no muscle thats why i can weigh that much and still be FAT!

I'm doing the fitness program i got here at free trainers.

I'm only taking in 1600 calories a day..good calories, and lots of protein.

drinking alot of water

taking 4 pills daily which contain 10mg ephedra.
4 CLA pills
4 Syntrho lean pills.
and ofcourse vitamins because of taking in such low calories!

ANY ADVICE!

Sounds like a combination of weights and cardio will tip the balance.
Make sure you train hard if you want to get the benefits, it's easy to think you're working at 100%, but be honest with yourself. (Don't overtrain or injure yourself though, make sure you're keeping good form).

What do you mean 'good calories'? Could you be more specific? What does a normal day consist of?

if you have been just doing cardio, you may lose weight but you will just be a smaller version of your "bigger" self. You stated that you just added weights. That should be your answer although i think that your overall calories are a little low. Keep the diet clean at around 1800-2000 calories and continue to lift. Do not worry that you cannot complete the number of prescribed reps and sets. Work up to that. Good luck

yeah i see cals are a little low by creating a big caloric deficit like your are your body will reject your efforts and hold onto fat as opposed to burning it do as atiger suggested
